A self-proclaimed pizzeria, yet no pizzas can be found on the menu! The chocolate has a heady, creamy flavor, a subtle dark-roasted bitterness, and only a light presence. It's only semi-sweetened, almost a natural sweetness. It seems like it could have been sweetened with something other than sugar. The aftertaste is savory. A better balance could have been achieved with a stronger chocolate presence.
