Super sweet, rich and thick. The drink is robust and bursting with creamy, full chocolate flavor. Heavy cinnamon notes, with an aftertaste complimented by a lingering cocoa sweetness. The cinnamon flavors are a nice touch & the chocolate flavor is pumped to the max, but it's just a little too sweet. The richness burns the throat a little and distracts from the awesome chocolate & cinnamon flavors.
Hi Jameson!! It was great meeting you on the plane out of Cusco. I wish I knew about the Inka Fe Cafe, I would have loved to try this drink! Until we spoke, I had no idea that Cusco/Peru was famous for their chocolate or I would have tried all the chocolate that I found. I hope you are gaving a great time with your family over Christmas and hope to get the chance to speak to you again.
